Book Club for Poets
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Book-Club-for-Poets/209231575760071?sk=info Sponsored by the New Hampshire Writers' Project, the Book Club for Poets is a chance for poets to get together for informal discussions of classic and contemporary poetry, discussions that approach the work from a writer's perspective. The group, led by Martha Carlson-Bradley, meets four times a year at the library of New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire. Selections range from classics to books by contemporary poets, and the group aims for an eclectic mix of poetry. In the discussions, participants ask, "What is the poet doing in this work, and how does he or she do it?"
